About The Role 

We're seeking an ambitious, early-career Full-Stack Engineer to make meaningful contributions and rapidly accelerate their growth within our PDE team. You'll learn directly from experienced engineers in a supportive, fast-paced, collaborative environment, working on our mission-driven pharmacy management system (NodeJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, AWS, Postgres). A strong growth mindset, eagerness to learn, keen attention to detail, and enthusiasm to get things done are key to thriving here.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute & Learn: Write reliable, well-tested code for impactful features under senior guidance, quickly mastering our tech stack and best practices.
• Collaborate: Actively participate in code reviews, team discussions (on developer experience, architecture, new tools), and work closely with product managers, QA, and designers.
• Grow: Embrace mentorship and seek opportunities to enhance your skills/understanding.

About You 

You're an enthusiastic, ambitious, kind engineer eager to learn and build software that makes a difference.

• Learning Agility: Possess a strong growth mindset, receptive to feedback, and keen to take initiative in your learning and contributions. You view software development as a craft.
• Collaboration & Communication: Proactive and clear communicator, verbally and through writing where you’re comfortable asking thoughtful questions and seeking guidance.
• Problem-Solving & Drive: Curious, analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable in finding solutions.
• Technical Foundation:
• Solid software development knowledge and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through a CS degree, bootcamp, impressive personal projects, or relevant career transition experience.
• Understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and exposure to frontend frameworks (React).
• Eagerness to learn backend concepts, API design, and relational databases (Node/Postgres).

Expected Full-Time Base Salary:  $95,000-$110,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements equity, paid time off and benefits.
