We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer at Resonate to spearhead our engineering team, drive technical excellence, and architect scalable solutions. In this role, you will balance hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with product managers to turn a strategic vision into high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.

• Team Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and conduct code reviews for junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Execution & Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of complex features, ensuring code meets high standards for performance and reliability.

• Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.

• Process Improvement: Drive agile best practices, continuous integration, and modern deployment strategies.
