🎯 Who is this job for?

This position is well suited for a mid-to-senior frontend engineer with strong hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem who enjoys building responsive, user-centric interfaces on top of complex enterprise platforms. It will appeal to developers confident with Lightning Web Components, SLDS, modern HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and basic Apex, who are comfortable working independently in small teams while still seeing the bigger architectural picture. The role fits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values clean documentation and clear communication, understands CRM and integration concepts, and wants to grow their expertise while contributing to impactful Salesforce-based business solutions.

πŸ’¬ Potential Interview Questions

  1. What Salesforce clouds and features do you have hands-on experience with?
I’ve worked primarily with Experience/Community Cloud on multiple projects, customizing themes, layouts, and templates, and I also have exposure to Service Cloud with case management and console customizations.

  2. How experienced are you with Lightning Web Components and when do you still use Visualforce?
My main front-end work is in LWC—building reusable components, wiring to Apex, and using LDS for data. I still use Visualforce for legacy extensions or when enhancing existing pages that haven’t been fully migrated to Lightning yet.

  3. Describe a complex Experience Cloud site you’ve built or maintained.
I built a branded partner portal with custom navigation, community-specific login and registration flows, dynamic dashboards, and role-based content visibility, all styled with custom SLDS theming and responsive layouts.

  4. How do you use Salesforce Lightning Design System in your day-to-day work?
I rely on SLDS utility classes, grid system, and base components to ensure consistency with core Salesforce UX, and extend SLDS with custom tokens and CSS only when necessary to meet brand requirements.

  5. What is your experience with Apex in front-end-focused projects?
I write and maintain Apex controllers, wrapper classes, and @AuraEnabled methods that expose structured data to LWC/Visualforce, focusing on bulk-safe SOQL, security (with sharing), and clear separation of concerns.

  6. How do you ensure good performance and perceived responsiveness in your Salesforce UIs?
I optimize by minimizing server round-trips, using LDS and caching, lazy-loading data in smaller chunks, leveraging asynchronous calls and Promises, and keeping DOM updates lightweight and efficient.

  7. Can you explain how you handle async operations and data loading in JavaScript on Salesforce?
I use async/await and Promises to handle Apex calls and REST requests, show loading indicators and skeleton states in the UI, and centralize error handling to give clear feedback and avoid blocking user interactions.

  8. What is your experience with Git and collaboration in a Salesforce project?
I work with Git-based branching strategies (feature branches, PRs), code reviews, conflict resolution in metadata, and CI jobs that validate deployments before they reach shared environments like UAT or production.

  9. How do you approach cross-browser testing and quality assurance for Salesforce front-end features?
I verify functionality in supported browsers and devices, use Salesforce preview/sandboxes and test users for different profiles, and combine manual exploratory testing with automated checks where possible.

  10. Why are you interested in this Salesforce Front-end Developer role at Forte Group?
I enjoy building polished, responsive UIs on top of Salesforce, and this role combines modern front-end work (LWC, SLDS) with complex enterprise use cases in a remote, international team where I can keep growing and contributing at a higher level.

πŸ“‹ Job Summary

This position is a strong match for a mid–senior Salesforce front-end developer in Poland who enjoys owning the UI layer of Experience/Community Cloud solutions—someone fluent in LWC, Visualforce (plus Aura nice-to-have), SLDS, and modern HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, with enough Apex and integration knowledge to wire up responsive, performant, and cohesive interfaces on top of complex CRM workflows. You’ll fit well if you’re comfortable working remotely in small, focused teams, can take business requirements and turn them into polished Salesforce UIs (custom themes, layouts, templates), understand async patterns and front-end performance, and are happy using Git-based workflows while contributing to enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations (Service/B2B/B2C Clouds a plus).
