-
Own specific product modules end-to-end, with mentorship and support from senior engineers.
-
Implement responsive, accessible UIs using TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and design system guidelines.
-
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Nest.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
-
Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, testing, and performance optimizations.
-
Work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment with rapid MVP cycles.
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of hands-on, production experience building full-stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
-
2+ years of backend development with Nest.js (or similar Node.js frameworks), including experience building scalable APIs and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
-
Experience owning features from planning to release, and a deep understanding of the full development lifecycle.
-
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, basic SQL performance, and caching with Redis.
-
Proficiency with HTML/CSS and a strong grasp of responsive and accessible UI principles.
-
Familiarity with UI component libraries like NextUI, HeroUI, or similar.
-
Strong knowledge of Git, Docker, and version control best practices.
-
Exposure to CI/CD workflows and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
Mindset & Collaboration
-
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, you take ownership of your work.
-
Clear, proactive communication and collaboration in a remote team.
-
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow alongside the team and product.
-
A pragmatic builder who can balance speed with maintainability.
Nice to have
-
Experience with D2C SaaS, LegalTech, or performance-marketing-driven products.
-
Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, or data-driven product decisions.
-
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.

π¬ Potential Interview Questions
-
How does Next.js improve over plain React when building full-stack applications?
Next.js adds SSR, SSG, API routes, and file-based routing, which improves SEO, performance, and backend integration compared to plain React. -
What strategies would you use to optimize SQL queries in PostgreSQL for a high-traffic application?
Add proper indexing, use query profiling, avoid N+1 queries, leverage caching with Redis, and optimize schema design. -
How do you implement responsive and accessible UI components with TailwindCSS?
By using Tailwind’s responsive utilities, semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and testing with accessibility tools to ensure WCAG compliance. -
What are the benefits of using Redis in a full-stack application?
Redis is ideal for caching frequent queries, managing session data, and supporting real-time features like queues or notifications. -
How would you design and structure APIs in Nest.js for scalability?
Organize modules by domain, use dependency injection, implement middleware/guards for auth, and adopt versioning for long-term maintainability. -
What’s your process for shipping an MVP quickly while maintaining code quality?
Focus on core features, implement with reusable components, enforce code reviews, and add essential automated tests before launch. -
How do you integrate CI/CD pipelines into a full-stack workflow?
Use Docker for consistency, GitHub Actions or similar for builds/tests, deploy via AWS or Vercel, and automate database migrations. -
